About The Organ

The gall bladder is a small sac-like hollow organ that is positioned underneath the liver on the right side of the abdominal area. It looks very much like a party balloon before being filled with air. As an organ, the gall bladder stores and concentrates bile, which is produced in the liver.

During the digestion of food, the gall bladder releases the refined bile into the small intestine where it emulsifies fats. This makes the fat water-soluble, significantly increasing its surface area and enabling the fat-digesting enzymes of the small intestine to complete the digestive process.

The gallbladder also regulates the rate of food transported, determines how fast the stomach empties, and is a primary channel for the elimination of toxins that pass through the liver.

It’s common to experience one or more of these.

  • Burping more than 30 minutes after meals

Psychological Characteristics

The gallbladder is aware of the importance of justice. It can recognize problems and take steps toward solving them. This organ also displays generosity, bravery, decision making, and satisfaction.

The Activist feels easily insulted by the stupidity of humanity and tries to do their part in fixing it. They can be strongly opinionated regarding certain topics and will often not back down from their standpoint. They never feel fully satisfied or happy, as they get too emotionally involved with every issue, which is ultimately out of their control.
