Ferrasorb provides 36 mg of iron as iron glycinate. Glycinate comes from the amino acid glycine, which is necessary for the production of hemoglobin. Ferrasorb also contains folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12, and vitamin C to optimize iron absorption.
