Proteotoxins: The Greatest Resistance to Health

Protein is essential to life. It supports all body structures and cell formation. It is also necessary for all of the body’s enzyme processes that create energy, digestive functions, immunity, and even thoughts and stable moods. Abnormal protein deposits are toxic and are referred to as proteotoxins. Proteotoxins are one of the leading causes of pain, degeneration, and disease.
Proteins, however, can be a problem if they are:
1. Too large of a molecule (nuts, seeds, wheat, soy)
2. From a foreign source (pollen, mold, infections)
3. Excess amount of circulating protein (normal metabolites)
4. Degeneration response (from oxidative stress)
Types of Proteotoxins
1. Undigested dietary proteins: These are the largest form of proteins. The worst offenders are concentrated protein foods, including soy, nuts, seeds, nut butter, and wheat gluten. Cow dairy proteins can also be a problem in some patients with compromised digestion. These concentrated proteins require huge amounts of proteolytic (protein-digesting) enzymes to be processed thoroughly. Eating too much of a specific concentrated protein over time depletes these enzymes. With deficient digestion, the intestine will absorb large protein molecules and deposit them in the most convenient areas, typically the joints, muscle tissue, lymphatics, sinuses, and skin. Symptoms will often manifest in the way of stiff joints, arthritic pain, painful swelling, persistent muscle aches, eczema, frequent sinus infections, and allergies.
2. Infections and Inflammation: Foreign proteins include those produced by bacteria, viruses, and fungi, as well as airborne irritants from pollen. They capitalize on cells that have been weakened by a poor-quality diet, stress, alcohol, and a challenging lifestyle. All microorganisms produce waste products called exotoxins. Exotoxins are mostly proteins that dissolve susceptible tissue, providing infectious microorganisms with a food supply. It is interesting to note that exotoxins are actually what create the symptoms of an illness, not the organism. A mild infection is usually resolved by the body’s ability to neutralize the causative organism; at times, antibiotics are required to assist this process. However, a percentage of the exotoxins always remain. Exotoxins are a very destructive form of protein that can stay in the body for decades! This can cause all types of health disorders due to persistent irritation. Other sources of inflammatory protein-based toxins are insect bites, certain body lotions, pollen, parasites, GMO foods, and even protein-based chemicals such as aspartame.
3. Excessive physical stress: Excessive amounts of circulating proteins occur from everyday stress and even too much exercise. They generally affect the joints and muscles of athletes and anyone who is engaged in a repetitive activity. Every cell in the body has its own ‘exhaust pipe.’ When a cell uses oxygen to maintain its function, normal waste products (metabolites) are produced, which must be eliminated. Too much activity can cause excess cell waste to be deposited in various places in the body. This is true for all proteotoxins. When the body is overloaded with excess cell waste, they becomes deposits, causing persistent irritation. Other sources of chronic irritation can result from over-consumption of caffeine, recreational and prescription drugs, and alcohol.
4. Trauma: All injuries, including surgery, cause tissue damage. Whenever the tissue is damaged, protein molecules from cell destruction can accumulate. These are often such large molecules of proteotoxins the body cannot remove them. It doesn’t have the correct enzymes to remove this form of irritation, which seems rather odd. This type of irritation can cause a lifetime of residual inflammation in the affected area, nerve pain, restricted motion, and swelling. It can also cause sensitivity to weather changes and aggravation from cold weather.
5. Degenerative Stress: Let’s face it: as the body ages, its functions slow down. Protein molecules from even normal body functions will begin to deposit in capillaries, affecting circulation and oxygen availability. This becomes noticeable with declining eyesight, wrinkles, thinning hair, nerve tingling, and all the other unwanted conditions associated with the aging syndrome.
Most proteins begin as large molecules that require specific protein-digesting enzymes to be digested. Each enzyme the body produces plays a specific part in reducing the large chains of protein molecules into single components of amino acids. Once they have been reduced to this size, the body can use them or eliminate them in the case of infections or consumption of concentrated protein foods. The following enzymes each have a specific digestive action.
My Recommendation
Pancreatin 2000 or Pan 10X Click to Buy
Used for digesting concentrated proteins in the digestive tract and those that have been deposited in joints. Carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritic-type symptoms, gout, acne, and fibromyalgia caused by incomplete protein digestion and consuming nuts, soy products, wheat, and cheese in excess can be helped with this enzyme. In most cases needing pancreatic enzymes, the pain is created from prolonged motion. Walking into pain is typical. In addition, any illness that produces fevers responds to Pancreatin. Normally, 1 Pancreatin can be taken before protein meals. For treatment, it can be taken 1 to 2 three times a day until better, then once a day for maintenance.
BromoPlex Click to Buy
Nearly 30 years ago, I realized a specific enzyme was needed to address chronic and acute pain caused by injuries or long-standing conditions involving inflammation. This type of pain is always aggravated by motion. This indicates large inflammatory protein molecules are present. Inflammation causes swelling, restricting normal circulation for waste product removal and nutrient delivery. It must be removed for healing and pain relief. I created BromoPlex to break down these pain-producing proteins and address conditions of muscle soreness, rotator-cuff syndrome, arthritis, injuries, and joint pain. Dental issues, urinary tract infections, and infectious sinusitis are also helped with BromoPlex. Initially, take 4 BromoPlex and then 2 capsules three times a day as needed. Discontinue when better.
InflammaZyme Click to Buy
Dissolves concentrated, small proteins that accumulate in the lymphatics. Relieves symptoms of allergens from airborne pollen and provides relief for those that suffer from seasonal or food-related allergies or sinusitis. It also helps clear chronic skin conditions that are persistently red and itchy. Take 2 InflammaZyme three to four times a day during allergy reactions and when beginning treatment for allergy-induced sinusitis and skin rashes. When better, 1 to 2 InflammaZyme can be taken daily for prevention and maintenance.
Serrapeptase Click to Buy
This is an enzyme that digests proteins that are deposited in muscle (the accumulation of which often causes chronic muscle soreness). It also helps dissolve scar tissue from injuries or surgeries and clears lymphatics when there is a history of allergies, skin irritations, or frequent illness that was previously unresponsive to treatment. Begin taking Serrapeptase at 3 capsules twice a day on an empty stomach. What 5 to 10 minutes before taking anything else. After 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the severity of the condition, take 3 capsules once a day. When a healthy response is noted, it can be discontinued.
Nattokinase Click to Buy
This enzyme is of Japanese origin and is an extract of soy. It is used to open up capillary circulation, thereby increasing oxygen and nutrient transport. Irritating conditions have remained for years, and as the body normally ages, peripheral circulation gradually decreases. This can occur at any age following injuries, trauma, disease, or frequent illnesses. Numbness, tingling, cold hands and feet, loss of fingernails, deteriorating skin and hair quality, and a poor response to an accurate treatment can be indicators of slow or obstructed circulation. Improving circulation with Nattokinase can expose toxins that have been deposited for years in specific areas of the body. This can be experienced as an aggravation of the condition within a week or so after starting it. If this happens, add NuLiv at 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day until better. Begin taking Nattokinase at 3 capsules twice a day on an empty stomach. What 5 to 10 minutes before taking anything else. After 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the severity of the condition, take 3 capsules once a day. Improvement should begin being noticed within 2 to 3 weeks but generally requires 4 to 6 weeks to experience substantial results. When a healthy response is noted, it can be discontinued.
Treatment Results with Protein Digesting Enzymes: Protein deposits vary in amounts, densities, and locations. When taking an enzyme for a specific condition, results should be noted within one to two weeks. If there is no positive result after two weeks, another enzyme might be needed. It is also possible that an underlying degenerative condition is interfering. Generally, when this happens, Nattokinase is recommended to improve circulation, and Serrapeptase is recommended to improve the lymphatics’ ability to remove toxic wastes and improve nutrient availability. Then, return to the enzyme treatment.
Protein-digesting enzymes are the foundation for the efficient digestion of food, lymphatic function, and circulation. The quality and efficiency of protein processing are essential for a healthy and productive life – especially at a time when the food we eat and the environments we live in are compromised. Ask the doctor to see which enzyme(s)
